We ordered the January snack box and about a dozen other items and everything has been so tasty! Our order was well-boxed so the package was safe and secure during its long international journey. I've been buying various different snacks from Japan through Bokksu. com ever since I heard about them from my colleague years ago. This time around, the shipping took extra-long (thanks to the genius tariff idea a certain someone came up with) so I contacted the customer service for the first time. Kesiah emailed right away, was very personable and helpful by providing extra tracking link. I'll purchase more snacks as soon as we devour what was just sent to us!
