I placed the order for my advent calendar almost a month ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. I am excited to receive the product, and I’m grateful that they reached out (after several weeks of silence) to apologize and offer a $15 credit. Given this experience, I am not sure if I want to even use that credit.

Some candy was stuck to the packaging and hard to remove the inside contents.

It was sooo expensive but I splurged. Ordered a month before and it arrived very late, which messed up the point of an advent calendar. Got an apology.

I ordered my advent calendar in mid-October, and stop receiving tracking updates on November 23. After contacting customer service, they determined that the box had been delivered on November 26, but we never received the package. Thankfully they worked with us and got us a refund, but my wife was very disappointed as she had gotten the advent calendar last year and loved it. With it being the holiday season, they are now out of stock and there is no chance of us receiving another one.

Still have not received it though it was ordered in September.
