Hello, I have been taking the Boost drops for a long time now. I love them and most important that there is no taste. Unfortunately, I ordered and received a new bottle. I just opened the bottle and it tastes horrible. Did you change the formula? The bottle came in a bubble envelope. The bottle was not in the boost box as expected. The safety plastic wrap was around the top so I don’t think it was tampered with. I figured you just ship without the box now??? However, the taste is very strong and hard to get used to. Is it safe to say this bottle is not as it should be or did you change the formula? I hope the formula did not change because I really like this product and would stop using it if you have. Can’t get past the taste. I also don’t like that I would lose $20 on return and restock fees in this case. I had to open the bottle to take the drops to know that they now taste horrible. I see on your return policy that you can return unopened products only. This doesn’t make sense when you don’t like something because of the taste. I hope you make this right. These products are expensive and I’ve been supportive for a long time.
