I have been using this product for almost a week and have not lost any weight. Although I do feel like the energy drops work as I have not felt as much fatigue, the control pills only curbed my appetite for the first two days and the boost drops have a strong unpleasant taste.

I placed my order on 2/26, and received a confirmation email that day stating it would ship in 5-7 business days, which would have been no later than 3/7. I kept using the tracking information, and the order never left the facility. On 3/8 I sent an email to inquire about the order, and on 3/11 I received an updated tracking number for a new order. No apology or upgraded shipping to account for the mistake. I finally received the product on 3/17, and followed the instructions on the bottles. Today, I downloaded the guide that was provided and those instructions are different (ex. control bottle advises to take 1 capsule twice a day and the guide says take two once a day; boost bottle says to take 1ml three times a day and the guide says to take 1/2 that amount three times a day specifically under the tongue). I am still optimistic that the product will work, but we are off to a bumpy start.

Please stop requesting me to review a product I never received! Customer support is terrible. They take your $ and do not assist if you do not receive your order. They emailed me asking me to open up a claim with the shipping company. They do not assist with replacing or refunding your item. Very sad as I wanted to support this business.

boost isn’t the same
