Customer service was not helpful at all. I didn’t receive my order in time and did not receive any help besides letting me wait it out.

Haven’t received the order yet. .

Shipping is so slow with Blue Bottle. After waiting several weeks, they refunded my order, but did not resend a replacement product. Now I am being spammed for reviews on a product I never received. So there you go—1star.

Not good
