Awful experience. Kettle doesn’t work
Awful experience. Kettle doesn’t work for me. The reasons weren’t stated in the product description. It boils over easy on induction stove. There is no fill line. It really should be filled only to about 0. 5L, not enough water for me.
Customer service was no help, product can’t be returns so now it’s just collected dust. I don’t plan to buy anything else ever from Blue Bottle after being a very satisfied coffee subscription user for many years.
