I like the coffee but. Wish It would come ground for French press. I’m sure it has something to do with the way I made it flavor. profile is great. But inconsistent the way I’m doing it.

I removed one star because the delivery time took longer than expected. Other than that I love it so far!!

shipping is too slow

That it takes three weeks from the time I order until the time I get my coffee is inexplicable to me. The customer service person said it was because I live in Hawaii. That just seems ridiculous. I can get Peet’s and Inteligencia in a week.

Shipping took forever. It is not necessarily clear when ordering what the cut off days are and when to expect the shipment. .
