You finally listened to your customers. Thank you for doing something to ensure the freshness of your instant espresso. In the past, I have purchased many jars of instant espresso only to find that moisture had seeped into the coffee. You finally listened and put a seal on the jar to prevent moisture from breaching only the lid that covered the jar.

I think that your cafe staff are really will trained. I especially like the San Francisco Kearny Street people. I started with Blue Bottle years ago when it was just James and his single shot machine at the Tues Berkeley Farmer's Market. At that time, to me, that was the best espresso experience outside Italy! So enjoyable to see his business grow; congrats to Nestle for not messing it up!
