Haven’t heard back.

Studio flex socks were split at seam when opened. Immediately refunded. Tried them on before deciding if I’d order another pair. Very tight and scratchy. Opted not to order more. Mint color is very pretty.

The product was not great, but what makes it worse is I will loose over half of the return on shipping costs both ways on a flawed product.

Not smooth, the seam is rough,hurts my feet,return them . I paid for shipping,they deducted the shipping from my refund,abou $10.00

Customer service could have made the process much easier by simply providing me with a return form or there could have been one packaged with the product. To search your website for one was a pain. Obviously you want to make it difficult to return things. Plus no free return….smh!
