My glasses broke after two

My glasses broke after two weeks - the arm fell off and as the screw had fallen clean out I have been unable to reattach. Either way, shouldn’t have fallen off after two weeks. I contacted customer service to seek replacement glasses as they had barely been worn, and while they replied immediately to ask for the order number, I have heard nothing since replying, despite following up three times. At the moment I have nothing to show for my purchase from blenders.

Wouldn’t even give one star

Wouldn’t even give one star to be honest. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. No one replies to emails or reads the customer queries properly.
