Products ship in a timely manner. My only gripe is having to pay for returns. Knowing that at a minimum I will have to pay $9. 99 to return an unwanted item, is discouraging and has prevented me from buying a lot more items than I have so far. Its 2026, and a lot of business offer free returns. Time for Blauer to figure out a way to better serve their customers with regards to returns.
