Website was easy to navigate. Shipping was prompt. My only complaint with Bauer is they discontinued the 4 inch style work boot. But other than that they are great!

I love this vest especially being able to order it in a shorter size (size large, short). As a detective I also like that I can unzip the sides in order to wear my duty pistol and holster in a manner more easier access. The vest fits well, keeps me warm and looks great.
