Lovely assistant, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought this as a gift for my wife and she's absolutely loved it. She uses it every day and really enjoys trying out the variety of different teas that I bought with the steeper, especially the creme brulee. Very efficient and much less mess than the normal process of dealing with loose-leaf tea. A real winner!
