I’ve had a really positive experience with Bird & Blend. I ordered a bowl and whisk, but unfortunately the first delivery never arrived. I contacted customer service and was helped by Izzy, who was absolutely brilliant. Izzy was professional, friendly and really helpful throughout. She sorted everything out quickly and arranged for a replacement to be delivered directly to my home, which made the whole situation so much easier. The bowl and whisk have now arrived and I’m really pleased with them. It’s refreshing to receive such good customer service when something goes wrong with a delivery. Izzy is a credit to Bird & Blend and is a great example of how customer service should be handled. I’d definitely order from Bird & Blend again and would happily recommend them. Great products and, more importantly, fantastic customer service.
