Bought in store, love the NHS discount!

Very easy from start to finish .

I've gone through many infusers over the years which have let through lots of tea debris. However this one genuinely prevents even my dustiest loose leaf tea from floating around my teacup! I love the little hat as well, I use it to keep the tea warmer for longer, it serves as a saucer for the infuser, and I also use it on my glass of water at night to keep it fresh until the morning. Great quality too!

Easy to use website and simple order process. Kept up to date with progress of order and delivery. Great company to deal with. Thank you
