My aquarium came scratched

If I could leave a negative review I would. Biorb needs to review their return policy, making customers pay for return shipping is crazy. The return packing labels should come from the return amount. Then if the packaging is open the item can’t be returned is a bad business practice! I am stuck with over $75 in merchandise because it has been opened, and never touched a fish or water !

I didn't open the shipping box. And still had to pay for return shipping. I am angry. I was taken advantage of. I want my $80 reimbursed
