I never received my purchase and the company won't do anything about it.

I ordered on Aug. 11th and the package was originally scheduled for delivery on Sunday the 17th. I still haven't received my order and there is no updated shipping information. Then to rub salt in the wound, customer service sends me an email to review a product I have not received yet.
