I would have given 5 stars for the products but when I had a delivery that I tried to change the address on as soon as I clicked buy & then was not actioned so was delivered whilst I was away leaving the products in the scorching heat we had in the UK, I then emailed numerous times & tried to contact them via the online contact us page to see if these products would still be OK, again completely ignored, it wasn't until I reached out on Instagram that someone finally actioned my questions. However whilst my score is low due to the issues I had, when it was finally addressed the customer service team were extremely helpful & answered all my questions.

I purchased the BioEffect 3GF Recovery Serum because it’s marketed as an excellent product for post-treatment recovery, especially after chemical peels or laser treatments. I used it following a CO2 laser treatment, hoping it would help speed up healing and improve recovery. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any improvement at all. The serum didn’t seem to reduce redness, irritation, or recovery time in any noticeable way. For a product that’s positioned as a premium recovery serum with advanced peptides, the results simply weren’t there.
