I purhased one egf serum and got one free sample, much appresiated as handy when travelling. Next time I then purhased 2 serums at the same time but but got only one sample insted of 2. From now onwards I will always purhase one at time and this will make you work more with sending etc. It would be nice to get as many samples as the goods you purhase!

I honestly don’t know how the geniuses behind BioEffect could possibly “improve” a single thing. I’m torn between wanting to shout to the world about your products and jealously guarding each precious drop like some dewy skinned Gollum.
