Simple to set up and simple to use! I bought this phone for my elderly mother who is exhibiting signs of dementia. She had been really struggling with the complexity of her existing phone and as family members, we were very concerned about what she was able to access. The Big Buttons phone provided us with the opportunity to set up the phone very simply for her, to make and receive calls, and to see missed calls. Happy with this purchase!
