Big Buttons AU

The clock is very good. It’s disappointing the reminders go to another screen. My father couldn’t cope with turning off the notifications. We are using it as just a clock for him.

We purchased this phone for my elderly grandfather. Some great features. Big buttons. Flip phone. Simple. Easy to navigate. He has big fingers and he can use the buttons without pressing two at a time. But. . . we had to glue the volume buttons on the side of the phone as he kept pressing them when he flipped the phone open to answer it. This was very frustrating for him as he thought the phone was broken each time it rang. Please can you create a big button flip phone that doesn't have any buttons on the outside? It's impossible to find a big button flip phone that doesn't have buttons on the outside.

why did I get a dud battery in the first place?

I bought this for my husband who has cognitive impairment & short term memory loss after a mild stroke in 2016. He suffers confusion some days not knowing where he is (country/state), the year we're in or day. Having searched long for a calendar or any clock that displays the year, month and day large & bold type, I bought this hoping it might help while on my 1st break away leaving him with his carer. There are little options to change screen, but with so much IT available a few more variables can't be too hard.

The clock itself is large and easy to read. The colours are fine. The reminders sadly frustrate my mother at 82 she isn’t tech savvy and can’t turn them off. So we had to disable them. Other it’s a good clock and the idea is. Great.
