Communication was clear and shipping. prompt. The phone is fantastic and is so simple for my father to use. He loves the easy to read screen and big buttons. The torch is really bright and the SOS button easy to access. Once the SOS button is pressed it rings the listed emergency contact and sends a text to other nominated emergency contacts. The instruction booklet is in larger print. It is very simple to set up the phone. The phone is sturdy but light to carry. The lanyard accessory makes it easy to have both hands free when walking the dog. Very happy with the phone and highly recommend it for anybody looking for a phone that is simple to use.

Dad (97) can see this clock day and night when he can't see his round wall clock with a yellow background. He has to walk closer to see the date. He is no longer having showers and coming down to breakfast at 4am.
