Whilst the Big Button Phone was exactly as advertised, unfortunately my elderly mum was not able to use it. The customer service we received was outstanding. As soon as I called to discuss the return policy, I received an email giving instructions on how to return, and the funds were transferred back to my account without delay. Thank you!

this has been a saviour for my elderly parents who lose their mobile phones or forget to put them on charge. I can now get in touch with them easily. Easier for them to navigate than a mobile phone also
