Big Ass Fans

Had the fan professionally installed due to the beam it hangs from being 20' high. The look fits our log home nicely, so I think it would go with just about any style home. I was disappointed that there was no uplight option to highlight the vaulted ceiling. The downlighting is either too dim to light the room or, at its brightest, typically harsh LED light. No soft or warm setting. I regret having paid for that option. Fan operation is very quiet and it moves a lot of air. Considering BAF's industrial heritage, I expect long life and performance.

Two obsidian heaters don’t work. Circuit is fine. Tested the heater on two different outlets. One we know works. Support has been great

Not sure, my fans haven’t arrived….

Remote control does not connect to the fan.

Bent product. Not well made for the money.
