Camera/photo download system a shambles !

Very disappointed. The heated water has a terrible plastic taste. This may be tolerable if you drink tea or coffee but not if you drink hot water. Our water is filtered and we have had a machine similar to this in the past that didn’t have any taste to the heated water. On contacting the company to return , I was promised a refund. Still waiting well over a week later .

I have returned the hot water heater on7/8/8 and would like to receive a refund of my money please. The goods were replaced in their original packaging.

HOPELESS !!!

Poor service. Still waiting for a callback from a week ago.
