Big Buttons NZ

It finally works!! We had trouble with the sim card- it didn't fit. We had to go to a One shop, make calls to big buttons. But we finally got there. It has a one ring as opposed to two here in NZ. I wanted a normal ring tone for my 94yo mum. It is working for her.

Average. Only received one when I ordered two. The second one I received was an xtra large instead of a large. Shame they didn’t read my order

I have it set at the highest temp and find it cools quite quickly. I have always enjoyed my drinks extra hot ,I only have black tea etc. I use China as i dislike any other product. Never use milk at all. Have only just opened and used as i had been overseas when it arrived. .

My delivery address wasn't shown correctly on my parcel so delivery took twice as long than necessary.

It either pours enough water or it overflows. Not user friendly unless you have the correct cup sizes. I thought my 280ml cups were the standard size. It also dispatches the water very slowly. Usually got time to do something else while waiting for it.
