Love our hot water system, just don't like the metallic taste. I washed the parts and ran the hot water through the system twice (emptying the system twice) and the taste was still evident. Equally the boiling point does not feel as hot as your usual boiled water from a pot or electric kettle. The medium cup over fills your average cup, and the small doesn't fill it enough. The function where you can top up your cup is great though. All in all, we do love it now we have it, mostly due to immediate hot water and no noisy kettle.

Great machine Has a slight plastic taste which I hope is better with more use.

Company were good, gave prompt response and advice.
