Excellent customer service and communications.

Quality of product, packaging, shipping, instructions, and customer support is all excellent. 84" fits perfectly in living room vaulted ceiling with peak of 22 feet. I was very nervous to install myself, but the design of hanging pole/motor then adding blades made it a breeze (along with renting a 21' Little Giant SkyScraper ladder). I got light option thinking it wouldn't do much in my huge room, but pleasantly surprised how good the LED light is! In addtion to looking great with beefy industrial fins on motor housing and aluminum blades, it has function to match, very smooth rotation with zero motor noise and almost no wobble even at fastest speed on 60" extension! The SenseMe features are great and definitely worth extra cost. It mostly runs between speed 1-3 auto adjusting to temp, it moves air quietly spinning at low RPM - NICE! In the words of Jimmy Buffett, I'm "constantly amazed by the blades of the fan on the ceiling. . . ".

Is it an investment well worth making? Very much yes. I've only had this one up a month but I know it'll last a very very long time. It increases the benefits of air conditioning, but I can easily imagine spending a night in my room with only my BA fan, in fact I'd probably be more comfortable!
