I have had to reach out to customer service due to one of my orders were canceled, and honestly, not sure why or how, but they were so nice about it, and my order was sent out to me and I received it within 7 days. I always get my orders within 10 days. I have neen using Beverly Hills MD for about 6 months now, and can't imagine buying from anywhere else!
