The courier chosen to make the final delivery in Toronto, Canada is not very efficient and is stressing us out. We didn’t used to have this problem before. They keep delivering after hours when it’s an office building and there’s no way to communicate or chat. The chat line doesn’t work because no one responds. They keep texting that the office was closed so they are sending it back to Ascendia, but we can’t reply to that. We finally do receive it, but after getting stressed out about it for a few days. Just thought you should know.
