Beverage Craft

Took over a month to get to me when I was promised delivery in 3 days. Beverage Craft just blamed the delivery company and did absolutely nothing to help me receive this product for the opening of my restaurant

Been a month and still waiting when promised a 3 day delivery. No one at beverage craft cares or is willing to do anything about. Not worth buying anything from this company. You may never get it

I’m still waiting for someone to call me back because the thermostat didn’t work. My technician wasted his time. Please send me a new thermostat or reach out to discuss. 973-609-6471

Horrible company. Days after I submitted my order I had gotten NO shipping info. I reached out. There is NO way to contact them as a business. There is no message, except to leave one. Who gets it? When? Who knows. I tried email, Facebook, and all phone #'s. Nope nothing. So after nearly 2 weeks, I contacted my bank and got a refund. LOUSEY company. I wouldn't trust them.

Handles are cheap but shipping is high. I wanted to get good quality handles and this is not the place for that
