Only knocking one star for the item I truly wanted not being in stock. That said I was offered similar options and found a suitable replacement for my need.

originally, arrived damaged and needed to be returned. Replaced free of charge, but new one was also in need or tightening and wrenching on my part. With all the back and forth I feel like I could have just built one myself after all that.

Slight delay in shipping that I had to ask about before being notified of the delay, but otherwise no issues.
