Thank you for getting my return and exchange done quickly. I received my Bib Puffer jkt in time to go on my trip to Taos. Super grateful for your wonderful service.

Ordering, packaging, and ship time were all perfect.

Bernardo makes every purchase very easy. However I wish they would allow UPS or FedEx for returns. Much easier than USPS.

Can you make this coat and some other styles in a cream color for next year?

Great product, price, communication and shipping quality. I will shop with you again.
