Quality and customer service are exeptional. Highly recommend Benchmark. My opinion is based on an AHB2 and a DAC3L.

First remote I purchased worked less and less well in spite of new batteries and stopped working - I had to purchase another one….

Works fine. Not as nice as the one that came with my DAC3 several years ago because it has more plastic and less metal. Way overpriced - for example I’ve got a nicer remote included with a $500 integrated amp I bought for my garage. Bottom line: I’m a huge Benchmark fan (DAC, amp, cables) and this product is the first I’m disappointed in. That said it’s fine and since I somehow lost the one I’ve been using for many years it’s good to have a replacement.

I ordered two, one for each channel, but only one was delivered
