I like the idea of this wrap and it’s easy to put on but my baby slides down in minutes of putting him in it.

I was very disappointed with the product. I was unable to figure out how to wrap it even with reading the directions. It felt like my child was not secure in it. I called and left messages to return or get some help and no call back. Very bad customer service.
