Very good Jerky. Nice and tender but with plenty of flavor. Highly recommend Carne Asada 5/5 is amazing, huge amount of flavor with a bit of heat, more of a medium instead of mild. Sweet heat was the biggest disappointment 3/5. Sweet heat has that classic jerky flavor with the barest hint of heat, carne asada is listed as mild but it has more heat than sweet heat. Western 3.5/5 has very similar flavor to sweet heat but without any heat. Mango habanero 4.5/5 was very tasty and packs some heat. Peppered 4/5 exactly as advertised. Street meat 3.5/5 is in the family as sweet heat and western, classic jerky flavor but it’s a bit greasy. Buffalo 4/5 is a touch dry, but that’s just because chicken is so lean, there’s a bit of heat. I’d say this is medium, medium-hot. All very good Jerky, I will be coming back for more. Now I’m a pansy when it comes to heat, so I did not order thermite or reaper. Next time I will order some as these were not as hot as I thought they would be. There’s a ton of flavor and super tender but I could use a little more heat.

Great company. Great customer service. That being said, I am not a fan of the jerky. Out of the 4 different ones I ordered, I’ve only been able to stomach one of them, which is the Western Beef jerky. The bacon jerky, teriyaki beef, and honey bbq chicken just weren’t for me.
