Still waiting for my exchange but love the jacket

I wore this once. Washed on the hand wash cycle of the washing machine and hung to dry. The fabric ripped in the middle of the dress (not near a seam) and one of the straps completely shredded. I can't return the dress because the return policy won't let you return something if it's been worn before. Do not buy!!! Overpriced, rayon slop.

I did not like this sweater at all. I have 5 Callie sweaters that I love and I expected this to be just like the others. It was not. The fabric of the sweater is not the same buttery soft fabric of the other Callie sweaters. For this one, the material feels very synthetic and cheap. Additionally, the band at the bottom was all stretched out and rippled. I returned it.

You shouldn’t charge for returns, especially second time returns when the fit of the next size up is inconsistent.

The worst with my last 2 orders I’m still watinf to have my money back !!! You have my money and my items
