OLD STORE - Beachhouse Swim

When my “go-to” website had only 1 style of swim skirt in white and never seemed to have my size available I was happy to see 2 styles from which to choose at Beachhouseswim.com. I originally ordered the Emma pull-on swim skirt in size 16 plus the Adele pleated swim skirt. A few days after placing my order I received an email stating that the Emma pull-on was no longer available and would not be back ordered at this point. The website as of this writing however is still showing that my size & color is in stock. Although I was very disappointed I instead ordered the same style skirt in the plus size & luckily it was available. The fit of both skirts is perfect and the Adele pleated skirt looks very pretty, with the added convenience of a hidden zippered pocket in the boy shorts. The shipping time period was very good in my opinion and I received both skirts on the same day despite the orders being placed several days apart. Very pleased all around: selection, price, quality & shipping.

I had purchased a Beach House swimsuit in a shop and really loved the fit, style and quality of it. So when I wanted another swimsuit I went to the Beach House website which I found easy to navigate and order from. Additionally I got a great deal on 2 new suits over what I would have paid in store so I'm super happy about that.

I emailed a concern after I made my online purchase. I quickly received an email from Customer Service and they remedied my concern and also gave me an added bonus. I hope the swim suits will be a wonderful as the Beach House Customer Service.

I ordered the wrong color tankini top! Realizing it, I called your customer service and spoke to Lazette. She was wonderful, the order hadn’t been processed yet so she corrected it for me! Thank you so much!

Love, love this bottom. It fits great and doesn't ride up your cheek bottom. So comfortable!!
