I received a confirmation that my order was received on 3/17. I never received a shipping notification. Today, 3/29, I have no idea what happened to my order. This lack of follow through is very poor customer service.

Placed an order for two swimsuits and got a message that order was placed. A day later I’m getting emails that something left in cart. Somehow order gone with no explanation. Was only able to reorder one of the items

I received someone else's bathing suit. I called customer service to tell them what happened. They sent me a UPS sticker to return this item back to them. I had to go to a UPS store to return the item and they would not send me the suit I ordered until they received the bathing suit they they sent to the wrong person......Not happy with the way this was handled. I now have to wait until the suit I sent back is in inventory and then I can order my bathing suit again ??????

You shipped my order to a wrong address...so I don't even know where it is and I will not receive it before I leave the requested address. I emailed you and you did not respond.
