Emergency Essentials Tomato Powder is my new best friend. I use it currently and also store it in long term pantry. It serves as paste, sauce and juice. My favorite use is juice. I am learning how to mix it with other vegetable powders as a shelf-stable, easy mix, personal recipe V-8. EE get 5 Stars.
