Great product

My freeze-dried beef dices was easy to order and arrived quickly. I have not opened it yet - saving it for an emergency, but it gives me a feeling of security knowing it is there.

I use freeze-dried peas almost exclusively for any recipe with peas. I have receipts of ordering these peas back to 2011. They are always there when I need them and always good. I keep them in food storage all the time, for regular use and for emergency preparedness. "Store what you eat, eat what you store!" Incidentally, I use Emergency Essentials mushroom pieces the same way. I never buy fresh mushrooms. Yesterday I opened my last can of freeze-dried peach chunks, also bought in 2011. How I wish you still had the chunks in lieu of slices. Both are good but the chunks are perfect little snacks. Clearly, I'm a long-standing satisfied customer.

Have not used yet hope I never have to. Have to come take out the stuff to me quickly and easily.
