I was pretty disappointed to get told, after purchasing the Monarch Low Heels, that it was a system discrepancy & its out of stock. That being said, i was pretty pleased with the options Bared Staff offered me and i actually ended up with a much nicer heels which were more expensive too but for the same sale price. Love your barganing options :). Online & instore customer service is great! Bared staff are very well trained & provide professional service until you walk out the door and if no longer online , they respond to the query via an email. Exceptional service!
