Delivery was quick , ink is vibrant and not like the others will deffo be buying again

Batteries are awful, I’m extremely disappointed with such an expensive machine, I went through BOTH batteries in only 6 hours both died, would not recommend

customer care people use very bad language

Im still waiting for a "next day delivery" 11 days later

Keep getting bug pun needles and tapered needles - third time it’s happened . I couldn’t be bothered to return the needle in last order but definitely annoying and expensive and I’m confused why this keeps happening
