I have to ask, for other reviewers, please don’t complain that herbs smell like herbs. When I heard that the Sleep Ease Oil recipe was changed to please someone who complained that it stank, I was horrified. Newsflash: Herbs Stink! And that’s a good thing! Breathe it in and be glad you can: only now you can’t because someone complained to the degree that the formula was changed just for you and your friends. Shame!!! It’s the pungency that heals our minds and helps us rest our minds. Everything in the herbal world is not supposed to smell like beautiful flowers! Herbs have roots, too. Let’s embrace the miracle that we have in Banyan Botanicals, the most wonderful company on earth, and allow them to create formulas without asking them to start compromising the herbal healing so that you don’t have to smell something you don’t understand.

The shilajit seems to be much much less effective than the old formula few months back. I see it has triphala in it but it does not seem to work now.
