I was sent an old, used, scraped, scratched, and deeply punctured part with identification label worn off, instead of the new one that I purchased. The Fed Ex packaging was completely intact so this was not a shipping mishap but an intentional fraud.

I still have no tracking number or wheelchair after I was told it should be here 2 weeks ago and given a tracking number that didn’t work and then I called I was told that it was lost. I was charged for the chair and asked to write a review but I still don’t have a tracking number.
