I am on a low sodium and low calorie diet. Don’t know what I would do without BistroMD. The meals are very good tasting and filling. They are a step above other pre-made meals I have tried in favor and size.

Only meal service that I’ve ever stuck with. I started with the monthly plan and that got too expensive, although if I had the money I would’ve kept going. Instead they told me about the individual meals plan and that fits me best. I can budget for it and the meals are delicious and filling. They ship it with dry ice so be careful but it keeps everything nice and cold! Website is easy to navigate as well. I get free shipping everything I order and the packaging is perfect.
