Both of my orders arrived quite fast and I am satisfied with them.
Therefore, on my second order I got the black and white swimsuit bag instead of the blue and white. I will write to the customer service concerning that.
Also, I placed an order maybe two years ago for a hair case that I never received. The post office mentioned delivered on their website but I never got it. I wrote several mails to your customers service and even called the store in Paris but no one ever wanted to refund my purchase.
So, I longly hesitated before making other purchases because of that.
The only options for delivery on your website are La Poste and when they lose packages, they never do anything to get them back and have a very very bad customers' service.
It maybe interesting to have other delivery options or just take credit for the loss of packages and refund an unsatisfied customer that has paid for an item he never received.
