Only bought the Baccarat Le Connoisseur Dutch Oven recently but so far so good. It is ideal for so many different meals. I have been using it on my gas cooktop for sauteing followed by electric oven cooking. It is great to use, easy to wash up and a joy to work with. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it heats up and how well it conducts the heat, meaning I need less gas and electricity to cook my food, and less time spent which is very economical and environmentally better. The only down side is the heavy weight and large size which means being more careful with handling and washing up in the sink. It is only early on but I am using it for all my favorite casseroles and soups. Excellent so far!
