It's comfortable, easy to clip on and off although the top shoulder clip can be a bit tricky at times. Its comfy for my newborn (now 9 weeks old and LOVES the carrier) from early on. I grabbed the infant insert as he was a premmie baby so was very small and still is on the smaller side. But now he sits in the carrier without the insert super comfortably and he just loves it. It has been a lifesaver for my sanity at times when I just need to move about or eat or hang out the washing etc but cant get him calm. I pop him in and he settles down and chills while I do my thing!

Shipping was quite quick considering we're I'm Australia, packing is really nice. Really happy with our carrier
