I was upset after placing my order to find shipping from the US off of the Australian site. I assumed with COVID-19 and customs that it’d take a few weeks at least to arrive. It came after one week, quicker than some of my domestic Australian orders! Great quality carriers for a competitive price against other brands! I would recommend Baby Tula.

Service and communication was the best, Kate kept me well informed and I’m very happy with the products 👍👍 I needed a sun hood and this was made available I’m the Australian website, colours match perfect, and the newborn insert is very cozy. Thank you Kate!!
